Billing Procedures

Additional Information

Payment in full is required at the time of service.

You may pay by MasterCard, VISA, Discover or check. Please make checks payable to "Chapel Hill Pediatric Psychology, P.A."

Each bill includes identifying information, a description of services rendered, a record of payments received at that visit, and a numerical diagnostic code of the condition being treated.

The person who initiates services for a child is the party responsible for payment. We regret that we cannot bill another individual or an estranged spouse, unless we are informed in writing of that individual’s willingness to pay for services.

Past Due Accounts

Accounts are considered past due if payment is not made at the time services are rendered. If a balance is more than 60 days past due, the account may be turned over to a collection agency.
